Becoming a patient

How our appointments work

In our opinion, treating acne effectively at an early stage can prevent a lot of unnecessary suffering. If you’d like to understand your acne and what can be done to treat it, we’d love to help you.

To become a patient, you will need to book a new patient appointment. This is a half hour consultation with Dr Justine or one of our consultant dermatologist team to discuss your skin concerns.

Appointments are available online from the comfort of your own home or in our beautiful boutique Harley Street clinic.

An individualised treatment programme will be designed with your specific goals in mind. We will arrange any prescriptions and devise a skincare routine for you to follow at home so you know exactly what to do, step by step.

After your appointment, we will arrange an appropriate time for you to check back in with us for a follow up appointment so we can keep track of your progress and adjust your treatment, based on your response and how your needs change over time.

Patients taking isotretinoin need to be able to physically attend the clinic. In-person appointments are required before treatment is started, one month after starting treatment and at least 3 monthly till the end of the course. If additional appointments are required, these can take place via video consultation.

Fees for new and follow up appointments can be found on our Prices page.

You don’t have to spend years searching for skin you want to show off.

Book an appointment to discuss your skin goals and we can help with the prescriptions and skincare products to get you there.
